Woods & Irons is a family-owned and operated premier golf simulator facility located in Hershey, PA. Our business, established in 2022, is located in the custom-remodeled Hershey Chocolate Warehouse, tucked between a whiskey distillery (The Hidden Still) and an axe throwing facility (Stumpy’s) on the alley of West Chocolate Avenue (515 Rear West Chocolate Ave); walkable to all of downtown Hershey’s attractions! Woods & Irons offers three custom-designed private rooms equipped with an HD Golf Simulator, the highest quality laser projector, and an elite custom hitting surface.

You can have all the best technology (triangulated high speed camera systems, video recording, HD laser projection, and powered by the most accurate and high-speed computer processing system) to create the most accurate indoor golf simulator in the world (and we do). However, without a hitting surface to match, the brains of the system and hi-tech gear would be greatly devalued. In our opinion, we have paired the technology and the computer brains behind the simulator with the most accurate and realistic hitting surface available. Each room is custom fitted with a 5 foot by 9 foot Country Club Elite hitting mat which provides the truest ball striking response. This surface is also forgiving for older golfers, like me, whom may have survived a few sports injuries along our way. You can safely swing away, aiming for that perfect compressed contact without fear of injury. We firmly believe that we have found the very best hitting surface to match the most sophisticated simulator system and placed them in custom designed rooms to create the most accurate and enjoyable indoor golfing experience.

The preferred footwear is a pair of golf shoes without spikes, flat soled sneakers or running shoes will also do well. Metal spikes are prohibited. The hitting turf provides excellent traction, so any form of spikes is unnecessary. Also please make sure that whatever you wear, they are clean and free of dirt, grass, etc.
Yes, while we do have a few sets of rental clubs, and looking for more sets all the time, it is advised for the best experience that you use your own clubs.
Yes, please make sure that your clubs are clean before arriving to save preserve your simulator time and to help us protect our golf screens. A bucket of hot soapy water and brush can be made available upon request for cleaning your clubs.

You can cancel up to 6 hours before your tee time to get a full refund.
It is encouraged that you book an appointment online or by calling to ensure availability. Since we are a small family run business, if you do show up without an appointment (during regular business hours) and you find that our facility is locked, please just give us a call, we are likely just running an errand or out for a quick bite to eat.
At the end of each tee time, the last 5 minutes are used to clean the room before the next tee time.
Yes we offer several different memberships for individuals, families and corporate groups. We have standard memberships and Gold Pass memberships now available. Please call us or stop by to find out more.
Based on the skill level of the golfer and the putting settings selected, it takes approximately one hour for an individual to play 18holes of golf. Thus for 2 golfers 18-holes can be completed in 2 hours, 4 golfers is likely to take 4 hours, etc.
Yes, you may bring your own food and beverages, and if you are 21 you can BYOB. We are working on adding some food and beverage items for November 2023 and beyond…..so stay tuned on what’s available here.
